Two-pipe and four-pipe fan coil unit hydronic distribution, high-rise riser design with expansion provisions, variable flow pumping with VFD controls, and plate and frame heat exchanger installations.
Radiant Floor Heating
In-slab and below-floor hydronic radiant systems for luxury residential, hospitality lobbies, and healthcare procedure areas — including manifold stations and zone controls.
Central Plant Connections
Boiler plant hydronic supply and return connections, chiller plant chilled water piping, campus distribution headers, and chemical treatment system rough-in.
Fan Coil Unit Installation
Ceiling concealed, vertical stack, and console fan coil unit installation, hydronic connection, condensate drain rough-in, and coordination for BMS integration.
ASHRAE 170 Healthcare HVAC
Pressure relationship piping, procedure room hydronic connections, clean steam systems, and HVAC scope designed to ASHRAE 170 and FGI Guidelines.
Commissioning & TAB
System flushing, chemical treatment startup, hydronic balancing, TAB reports for all air and water systems, and functional performance testing.
