Enrico DellItalia
President, Qualified Licensed Master Plumber
Harry brings 4 decades of top-tier expertise to his role as Lead Master Plumber for EMCORE Mechanical Solutions. He began his career in 1985 with NYC Plumbers Local 2. After evolving his skill set over 20 years, he officially became a licensed Master Plumber in New York and Long Island in 2006. Harry subsequently founded his own successful plumbing company, taking on complex projects in hospitals, high-rise commercial and residential developments, and historical building upgrades across the massive NYC skyline. Relocating to Florida in 2020, Harry obtained his Florida plumbing contractor’s license and is now a proud driving force behind the state's incredible construction boom with EMCORE.
Paul Mathews
Chief Executive Officer
Paul brings over 20 years of diverse general contracting experience to his leadership role at EMCORE Mechanical Solutions. He began his career in residential construction, specializing in home remodeling in New York, Nassau County and historic brownstone restorations across Brooklyn. For the majority of his career, Paul has focused exclusively on the demanding NYC commercial sector, leading extensive renovations for professional offices and comprehensive building upgrades. Paul’s deep expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from navigating complex bidding processes to hiring and managing subcontractors across every trade. His proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with architects, engineers, designers, and ownership teams ensures that every EMCORE project is executed with precision, efficiency, and exceptional quality.
Adam Lobel
Chief Operating Officer
Adam’s deep-rooted career in the construction industry began in his youth as a union plumber. Driven by a passion for the building trades, he expanded his expertise to become a licensed General Contractor serving Long Island and New York City. Adam possesses a diverse, hands-on portfolio that includes ground-up residential builds, and comprehensive home remodels. His extensive work across both commercial and residential buildings in Manhattan has expertly honed his ability to collaborate seamlessly with architects, engineers, property managers, and owners, ensuring a unified and successful approach to every project.

All site supervisors carry OSHA 30 certification. 100% of field workforce trained to OSHA 10 minimum standard.
